You can cancel your order at any time before it ships, and up to 14 days after you receive it, without giving a reason.

How it works

1. Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Use the link above (you sign in with your email address) or email info@grey-paint.com with your order number. You can also use the model withdrawal form below.
2. Send the can back within 14 days after notifying us. You arrange the shipment and pay the return shipping costs yourself. We recommend a tracked shipment; keep your proof of postage.
3. Return address: Grey Things B.V., Gruitberg 22, 6511 KV Nijmegen, the Netherlands.

Condition of the can
You can only return an unopened can, in its original packaging. We cannot resell an opened can of paint, so opened or used cans are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds
We refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping costs within 14 days of your notification, to your original payment method. We may wait until we have received the can or you have shown proof that you sent it.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
Contact us as soon as possible, with a photo if you can. In that case we arrange and pay for the return, and send a replacement or refund your order.

Exchanges
Return the can as described above and place a new order.
